🕒 Workshop sequence :

1️⃣ Introduction (15 min)

  • Presentation of ingredients and utensils
  • Explanation of the different flours and their uses
  • Tips for perfect dough

2️⃣ Dough preparation (30 min)

  • Making fresh pasta dough
  • Kneading techniques and resting the dough

3️⃣ Pasta shaping (1h15)

  • Dough rolling with or without machine
  • Cut out and make different shapes: tagliatelle, fettuccine, ravioli...
  • Techniques to prevent pasta from sticking

4️⃣ Finalization and advice (30 min)

  • Drying and storing pasta
  • Tips for ideal cooking and accompaniment
  • Q&A and advice exchange
